TnLitCon you were such a fun time and I will forever be thankful for allowing me to get time with each one of these wonderful girlies. Year one was amazing, but year two blew it out of the water. This event is so well run and they always do such an amazing job making everyone feel so welcome. I’m bummed I missed the party the last night but my own bed was calling my name and decided to make the drive back home early. Thank you so much for creating such a fun weekend filled with so many amazing memories🫶🏻🫶🏻

Day one of @tnlitcon is in the in the books. And today gave me a good time to step back and look at how far I’ve come within this past year. I’ve been able to be apart of so many amazing events. I have gotten to work with so many amazing authors and created collections I’m so proud of. I’ve gotten to meet so many amazing book besties. It truly been such an amazing year of growth, personal and business wise. I’m so proud of how far it’s come, because a year ago I would have never imagined this would be my life.

Cool moments from so far:
- getting to be roomies with @spice.girlsbookstore @brattypatsy @unhingedsmutslut (literally the coolest group of girls!)
-getting to meet so many of my reps in real like (new and old!)
-getting to see my girl @amberpalmerauthor again!!
-getting to grab this book and meet @danycrooksauthor

I want to say a HUGE welcome to all of our new reps that we will have joining us to finish out the year. I’m always so thankful for each and everyone who applies and wants to support TLBE. AMAGC is full of so much love, fun, and magic. They always have such an amazing selection of authors and vendors and everything runs so smoothly and it’s an stress-free experience from an attendee’s perspective. This was my second year going and I’ll absolutely always be grabbing a ticket for this one!

I got to meet some of my favorite authors + some new ones, got to squeeze my friend Britt who owns @themellowmug_, ran into several of my fellow influencers for my next event TN Lit Con, and got to meet several creators I’ve long-admired on this app and who have inspired me and given me the inspiration and courage to keep this booksta account going. The book club girlies and I headed to @authorsrockroanoke to support indie authors visiting the region, and wow, what an incredible event! So many talented authors generously shared their time, their stories, and their passion. (And honestly… my voice was done after just two hours of amazing conversations 😅)

I managed to find a few goodies for both myself and my little one!

I cannot wait to dive into the steamy Powerful Pawns series by @raurirose 🔥 And I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about the delicious vampire romance Path to Ashes by @ramoritzwrites , so obviously that had to come home with me too.

Also, I may or may not have already started dipping into my daughter’s new books for bedtime reads, and they were definite hits 🥹📚
