Great teaching is not only about what you know. It’s about how you embody it, share it, and create meaningful experiences for others.

Expand your professional toolkit through the practice of Ancestral Tantra Kriya Yoga. Explore traditional techniques, deepen your personal practice, and discover new ways to bring breathwork, meditation, kriyas, and embodied awareness into your teaching.

And remember: learning can be profound, transformative, and joyful. You can deepen your expertise while exploring, experimenting, and enjoying the process.

The world of yoga is evolving, and students are seeking more than physical practice. They’re looking for meaning, connection, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

Learn to guide powerful ancestral practices through breath, meditation, ritual, and energy work. Enrich your teaching with a distinctive approach, respond to a growing interest in holistic wellbeing, and open new possibilities for your professional future.

And if you are not on the field of yoga and you would like to experience a deep self transformation in all the layers of your life and on top learn techniques that are ancestral to apply to your daily routines .

Bring ancient wisdom into your teaching. Make it your own. Share it with the world.

Six weeks until Zen Coaching November Module 1 in Ängsbacka

As the days grow shorter and darker, nature turns inward. What if you did the same?

November is a natural time to slow down, pause the constant doing and give yourself space to listen to what is alive within you. Instead of pushing through the darkest time of the year, what if you would meet it with presence?

For five days at Ängsbacka, we gather to meditate, move, share and practice the Zen Coaching approach. It is a space to meet yourself honestly, and to rediscover the living presence that is already here.
