“Friendships among women can provide critical social resources and promote overall wellness, feelings of self-worth, and empowerment.”
That’s the quote I tell my husband when it’s time for a girls night out. 😂

Happy birthday @colleenpfutz

This is not a paid post!! This is my friend’s new business!! I’m so proud of you @angwolfe everything was perfect!!

I have always been huge on injury prevention, recovery, health, and wellness…so of course I grabbed myself a membership.

Huge thx to my middle son @pittengerbrady that came with me to try out the new facility! Brady has been doing football training, strength and conditioning and baseball this summer, so I knew he would benefit from a day of recovery.

He only lasted a few seconds in the cold plunge 🤣 He said his toes were falling off and he complained about his man parts. 🤣🤣🤣 He’ll need to work his way up.

So proud of all my business owner mom friends!!! I’ll support you everyday, everywhere!!

Y’all…. That last picture in the Reel! This kid is too much!!!

Check out the new @sweathouz in Frisco!!! It opened today!!!

Long story short, 14 years ago today i was a chubby little kid who went to a birthday party and ate a piece of cake so fast that Angela and Chris were so impressed that they took me home and from that day forward I had a mom and dad and a forever loving family. Happy gotcha day to me and happy got me day to you!💞
