Senior Sunday ❤️ You finally have a weekend without a college visit or dance clinic and you’ve spent most of it in the studio working on your skills, at your after school job and dance practice for IMA. Working hard and having a lot of fun along the way 💪🏻 ❤️🥰we are so proud of you. Keep trusting yourself and the process 🙏❤️

Senior Sunday ❤️ yesterday we walked the campus and buildings dreaming of your future as a Physical Therapist at your number one college. Today we attend another college dance recruitment clinic chasing your college dance dreams. In the coming weeks you audition for your next role on stage for the last time in high school. Everything you do Anika inspires me, your commitment, work ethic and grit. 💪🏻🙏👏🏻🙌🏻we are so lucky to watch and celebrate you all the way!! Keep dreaming baby girl - you’ve got this! 💪🏻🤩❤️

Senior Sunday! Thank you for all the kind messages of interest, encouragement and support for Anika after the Chicago Combine last weekend. For those following along at home Anika has received a few offers already, the weekend was a wonderful success. Thank you to the dance women - coaches, other dance mums and her beautiful and encouraging dance friends at both IMA and Toperettes and of course school and choir and operetta. She is surrounded with so many beautiful friends and you are all making this dream of hers so special.

💪🏻💥Anika keep reaching for the stars!! ✨🔥

💛What if looking after yourself isn’t about choosing between vanity and longevity?

I sat outside a huge Chicago school gym for hours today and chewed on this.

The 460 seniors I watched show up for themselves today have learnt how to care for themselves. They train hard, they eat cleanly most of the time - they are athletes, they prioritize sleep. They drink gallons of water, they sweat and they laugh and move. All of them were strong AND beautiful.

Neither is shallow. Neither is right or better than the other. Both can exist together.

As adults we sometimes have to remind ourselves - we are allowed to care for our bodies because we want a long, healthy life AND because we want to feel good in our own skin and the knees we have been given! Lol 🤪👊🏻🙈

What if this is the chapter where you stop apologizing for wanting more for yourself?

What if NOW is when you begin to get better INSTEAD OF bitter?

We don’t have all the answers, we don’t try to be perfect, we just keep showing up. 7 days a week we practice together at CENTRE. Because life can be better than it is now, it just needs you to show up for it!

👊🏻💥💪🏻

Today she put a number on and danced in Chicago in front of college dance teams with 460 other seniors. We are so lucky to be part of your life - watching you chase your dreams is inspiring!! Not many people know that it was only at the end of sophomore year that she decided she wanted to dance in college. She’s been working hard every day since! 💥💪🏻👊🏻#seniorsunday2026

Been having lots of fun in my summer classes, especially in contemporary (of course) 🤍🤍🤍

New combo danced by a few in my 15+ class today. We’ll have to bring this one back sometime.
