Here are some of my favorite things this month!!! 💓
April was the month of change, but also learning how to slow down

So happy to have been able to travel to Amsterdam, see friends I haven’t seen in sooo long and spend time with those who are by me too. 🥰

There were definitely some hiccups this month with my mental health was, dealing with being on socials and how to go about that when things get awkward- life lessons learnt.
Reminder for you guys to stay true to yourselves and believe in yourself💓

Grateful to be able to create and do what I love and it’s so cute meeting you guys irl when you come up to say hi 🥺

Grateful to be able to love.

With love,
Xoxo Anna Kwan

5pm shenanigans ✨ 🇳🇱 Dutch snack platter

Caught up over some goodies with @anikadeblank at her fave spot in town @vanweesdistillery in Amsterdam!

We go way back to high school where we were arguably the most chaotic girlies in our boarding house, never being put together as roommates 😂 for good reason ngl

It’s awesome how 10 years later we’re able to meet here in Amsterdam, chatting, eating and painting 💓 we’ve both grown so much as people yet our friendship hold strong and I’m so grateful for that

Anyways, after being sappy, here’s what we had on the spread- bitterballen, cheese, fried cheese and Dutch sausage - my favorite has to be the bitterballen ( which has been recommended to me by lots of friends and Dutch locals )

No clue if my cheeks were flushed from the Jenever or the heating but yea 😗

I can’t believe they have this at Dutch house parties!!

It was so fun to catch up with my childhood Bestie @anikadeblank here in Amsterdam while painting and trying this yummy platter 🤭 🌷

Basically the Dutch happy hour , these delicious snack boards are available every day! A lot of fun elements to paint - I loved the bitterballen omg & the cheeses were argh 👌🏼

I’ve asked a lot of people here “ what do you do at 5 PM?” And they all smiled at me and said “ Borrel time “ hahaha so cute 💓

Can’t wait to do this more often with friends and with y’all when I visit your country 🥺
