How to apply skin oil?

A few drops go a long way - simply rub it evenly across your palms and massage it into the desired area. For more oily areas i.e. face, we recommend only two to three drops max.

You’ll want to do this straight after a warm wash whilst pores are still open and the skin is still damp. If not, try splashing some fresh water to your palms to mix it in with the oil - you should feel a seal of moisture being created over the skin.

For best results, we encourage using it daily for at least a few weeks to allow the skin microbiome to re-acrchitect itself to a more balanced nutritional state. The vitamins & minerals help nourish both ezcema & acne prone skin types - ideal for both dry and oily skin.
