I don’t remember how old I was in this picture, but I remember the sweater 😂! “Flexing” is my job now 🥹 💁🏾‍♀️! My first name means “delicate/dainty”, but my middle name means “mountain of strength”! Describes me perfectly, I am delicate in my own way but stronger than anyone could have imagined 💪🏾. And I dont just mean physically strong, I carry emotional weight that could crush the average person. Not bragging, it’s true (ask my mom @anitagbrown7 she has STORIES) LOL! Life can and often will get hard, but taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. You can be the fittest person in the world and still feel worthless. You are worthy, no matter what “shape” you are in 🫶🏾. #mentalhealthawareness #selfcare #heal

I PROMISE I didn’t pay this former client, she is the woman that gave birth to yours truly 🥹! But seriously, @anitagbrown7 took my Group Power class religiously and we had a blast! I like to kick your butt, but also entertain you with silly dad jokes (I didn’t say they were funny) to draw your focus away from the pain 😂. Find what works for you, be it at home workouts, group fitness classes or with a trainer 🫶🏾. Need motivation? DM me and I got your back, front and sides (example of said dad jokes)! #transformationtuesday #peakfitnessplano #fitover40 #newyearsresolution
