✨ Another home, another fresh look! ✨

There’s something about a home that feels just right the moment you walk in. 🤍

A mix of rich wood tones, soft neutrals, subtle pops of color, and modern touches gives this home the perfect balance of warmth and sophistication.

Every space has its own personality, while flowing beautifully into the next.

Just out here spreading a little joy, one pop-by at a time! 🥰🍂 So thankful to have my mom as my sidekick today! 🤎 Sometimes it’s the little things that make someone’s day, and I love any excuse to drop off a little surprise and a whole lot of love! 🤎✨

It’s the little details that make a house feel like home. 🏡

We had so much fun helping our client design this custom entryway nook in their Redwood Builders home!

A moody finish, warm stained wood accents, a built-in bench with drawers, hooks for all the things, and a shelf up top.

Pretty AND practical. Because who says you can’t have both? 😉

One of our favorite parts of building a custom home is finding ways to make every space work for the people who live there. And sometimes, it’s the smallest spaces that end up being our favorites.

Built by @redwoodbuildersiowa. Designed with our clients in mind. 🤍

Guess who’s back. Back again. 🎶😎

After a couple weeks away, it feels SO good to be back doing what I love!

And what better way to make my comeback than bringing back my favorite partner in real estate video shenanigans, Alexis Reuter?! 😂

A little dancing, a lot of laughing, and back to helping people find places they love to call home.

Man, it feels good to be back! 🏡❤️

This ones definitely extra special! Kirk and Becky Schwiete not only raised a son but two grandsons in the same Ankeny home for the last 40 years! And today they move on! Very bittersweet but I hope the next family is blessed enough to make as many memories in that home as I did❤️

This one could be yours.. or maybe it’s not.

But you never know what could be for you if you don’t give me a call. 🤭

It was never just about the houses. It’s always been about the relationships, and that’s the BEST part. ♥️

Today, I got to meet two new babies, one new pup, and three grandkids. 🥹 I got to watch a baby grow into the sweetest “cheeeesinggg” toddler 🥰 and see a sweet pup become a big brother. 🐾

Getting invited back into my clients’ lives to celebrate all the little and big moments will never get old.

The houses are what bring us together, but the relationships are what make it so special. 🏡♥️

Good food, beautiful scenery, adorable pups, and even better people! 🥹🤍🐾

Our annual Ankeny Real Estate Group Client Appreciation Photo Shoot is always one of our favorite events of the year!

Real estate may be what brings us together, but it’s the relationships, friendships, and families we get to know along the way that make what we do so special. 🏡❤️

We are so incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted us, supported us, referred us, and allowed us to be a little part of their story!

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared some laughs, and made this day so special. We truly have the BEST people in our corner!

Until next year! 📸✨

The Raven Plan by Redwood Builders has all the right details, from the beautiful finishes to the thoughtful layout and spaces you’ll actually love spending time in.

Because loving where you live? That’s kind of the whole point. 😉
