👇Full interview with one of our Ambassador's @anna.fixar 💚:
Why do you use Lifesum in your health journey?
To easily and in a fun way keep track of my calorie intake, find new tasty recipes and gain knowledge about what the food contains!

How do you use Lifesum in your everyday life?
I log all my meals, check under progress where I should improve and make it the week’s challenge to level up! I have also connected my Apple Watch to Lifesum which gives me a good overview of the day, this is great for me as I sometimes start the day very early or when I have burned more than usual, then I eat more to keep my energy and mood up!

How do you find balance in everyday life?
It is difficult, since I have two small children, but something that has helped me is to think about the time intervals between meals and not what the clock says! For example, when my son thinks we should start the day at 03:00 it becomes a very long time between breakfast and lunch if I go by the standard times, so instead of eating lunch at 12:00 as I usually do, I eat lunch at e.g. 09:00, this has helped me not feel hungry and binge eat but also that I then usually go to bed earlier in the evening since I have “pushed” the whole day forward!

What motivates you to take care of yourself right now?
Treating myself to my health journey has made me spend time and energy on myself, which is easy to forget as a new mom. Every step I have reached so far makes the results feel fun and of course I want more of that! I feel proud of myself which is a feeling I want to hold on to.

What is your most underrated everyday hack to feel good?
Lifesum and snacks! So I never get so very hungry and risk binge eating.
