A night of celebrating Kalamazoo Men’s and Women’s Tennis! 🎉🎾

In honor of Kalamazoo College’s homecoming weekend, the K athletics department hosted its first annual Hornet Tennis Legacy Dinner at the Radisson! Tennis alumni from the men’s and women’s teams, as well as current players all came together to celebrate the impressive legacy our tennis program has developed. 2026 also marks 50 years since Men’s tennis won the very first Division 3 national title (1976).

Both men’s and women’s tennis honored individual and team hall of fame inductees!

The women’s inductees include Christa Chrovian (97), Sabrina Dass (17), and the 1995 Women’s Tennis team!

This morning, K women’s tennis participated in a public gardening workshop to help Alison Settles (27’) on her Senior Integrated Project (SIP).

Alison is working on her SIP through the Environmental Studies department, and she is restoring the Arcus Center prairie garden, as well as hosting open house sessions to aid in maintaining native gardens and green-spaces here on campus!

Thank you Alison, as well as the Arcus Center for Social Justice and the Environmental Stewarship Center here at K for helping us get involved on campus! Buzz Buzz🐝🎾🪴🫜
