Golf Strength Training ⛳️💣

Context is everything. 3 different humans, 3 variations, similar movement pattern.

In the collegiate ranks, it’s most common to train as a team. This is one example of how we can individualize training in the team setting.

How we tailored each individual’s execution shown:

Volume (sets/reps)
Intensity (load aka how heavy)
ROM (range of motion)
Implement (machine, 2 DB’s, 1 DB contralateral)

All 3 ladies required a slightly different prescription for this session. Do we always do this? No, but the in-season period tends to throw a lot of unique scenarios/circumstances our way.

It’s our job as practitioners to meet our athletes where they’re at, on any given day, at any point of the year (in season or offseason).
