Thank you. That is the only response when I look back at what the Lord has done this summer. Thank you to the Rosado-Rivera family for hosting us so generously!! Thank you to all the churches, schools, and communities that we were able to worship with! And thank you Jesus for being with us every step of the way!

SOPHOMORE YEAR!! … What a CRAZY year it has been, y’all… If you would’ve told me a year ago that not only would I be living in a cottage, but ALSO switching my major to Biology with a Chemistry minor, I would’ve told you you were crazy. This year has been one of the best and one of the hardest years of my life. This year I learned what it’s like to have a deep, consistent relationship with God, and this year I also learned that God doesn’t mess around 💀. Every time someone asks me what this year has meant to me, I always say it’s been a year of change. At the beginning of the year, I asked God to prune my life of anything that didn’t serve Him or me anymore… and BOY DID HE. What’s hard in the moment, God always turns into something good. He loves us so much that sometimes He lets us hurt so we can grow into the person He’s calling us to be. Along the way, I’ve made friendships I’ll carry with me through this next season, and I’m so thankful for the people who have walked with me through all the transition. A lot of this year was saying goodbye: to old habits, old mindsets, and old lifestyles. But I’ve learned that God’s plan is so much bigger than mine. He’s already shown me He has SO MUCH in store. All He asks is for complete obedience, to trust His plan, and to stop fighting so hard to hold onto the things He’s asking me to let go of. Anyways… I’m closing this chapter of my life and opening a brand new one, and I seriously can’t wait. ❤️🧬 2025–2026

VOM ‘23 in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 All I can really say to summarize this mission trip is that love truly never fails, just as 1 Corinthians 13:8 says. The people of Puerto Rico were incredibly loving and kind, and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them! God is actively at work there, and I am super duper grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the Voices of Mobile Serving as the audio technician for Voices has been filled with many adventures, and I have learned so much about improving my technical skills and growing as a professional! I am thankful for this experience and everyone in the ensemble (including their patience with me as I was learning). I am excited for the next chapter ahead!

I can’t believe it’s already been a month since I have been back from Puerto Rico. I’m so thankful for the opportunity it was to go minister to people all over this island. Everyday, the Lord kept allowing us to have a more memorable day than the day before. We came to be a blessing to the people, but were ultimately blessed too. So thankful for the powerful testimonies I heard witnessed. We never left a place where we weren’t encouraged. Puerto Rico will always hold a special place in my heart.
