SHAKE THAT SIGHT IS OUT!

But what does “shake that sight” mean? I’ve been getting this question quite a bit from friends and family that got early access to this album. To me, it means shaking the memories of things better left in the past. Shake that feeling, shake that image, shake that sight.

But in order to leave those feelings behind, you can’t deny how you feel. My dad used to tell me there aren’t any “shoulds” in feelings, you just feel how you do. I’d like to think that this album is due in part to that belief which I hold so dear.

I hope you all can find a little bit of recognition of that which you have overcome should you give it a listen.
