This Halloween, we’re getting into the holiday spirit by revisiting some spooky stories from the past few years.

In 2023, WBZ’s Anna Meiler went below the Old North Church in Boston, Massachusetts to watch as the tomb doors were replaced for the first time since the 1800’s. The doors were removed as part of a restoration project, a careful process that took about nine months. In that process, they discovered a skeleton holding a cross as well as remains wearing stockings.

About 4,000 nurses at Brigham & Women’s Hospital have postponed a planned open-ended strike after the hospital presented what it called its “best and final offer” in ongoing contract negotiations.

Union members will now vote on the proposed agreement, which comes after months of disputes over wages and health insurance costs.

Police are searching for a man accused of accosting three female shoppers at a Market Basket in Attleboro, Massachusetts.

Authorities say the suspect was last seen riding away from the store on a bicycle. Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
