If you spot a guy you’ve never talked to, yet have an unshakable inkling that he’s your future husband, who knows? maybe 💞
Our wedding took place on a lovely (and hot!) summer day in the Ohio countryside at our family home. Emily and Jacob had just welcomed our niece Juniper a few days before, so to say there was a lot going on in the Keener/Cunningham household would be quite an understatement–it’s also joyously difficult to focus on wedding prep when you just want to sit and hold baby >:|
The day was more wonderful than we could have pictured, and was made only more special by all the ways that family came together to offer us their time and their talents; the flowers grown by Emily and arranged by cousin Emma (Emily went into labor while watering these flowers), hair and nails by sister-in-law Lindsay, delicious food and cake courtesy of my dad and Grammy Marilyn, the beautiful ceremony ordained by Daniel (with custom guitar arrangements by Noah Heyman), a fireworks show orchestrated by Daniel and Anna… these things and more made for a magical day, everything with such a personal touch too 🥹I would also be hugely remiss if I didn’t give a shout out to my mom; her talents lie in areas that are more behind the scenes and literally no part of hosting a wedding at our family home would have been possible with her and her trusty planner.
To all our friends and family who joined us, thank you. We are forever grateful and humbled by the kindness of our community, and we feel honored to enter it fully graduated as husband and wife, ever ready to reciprocate the generosity we’ve received at our embarking.
And thank you specifically to Lauren, Gi, Julian, Cyd, and Jack, who all ended up hopping in a rental car the MORNING OF driving non-stop from New York after multiple flight cancellations the previous day, we are filled with pure awe and gratitude at the lengths you all went to to join us.
I’m the luckiest girl in the world. The best husband, the best friends, the best family. How many blessings can one person possibly be bestowed? Praise God for all he has given us 💞 Romans 11:36

Beyond the classroom and mainstage production assignments, I also serve as President and Production Manager of 11th Hour, Otterbein’s student-run theatre company.

The organization strives to provide diverse and innovative performance and technical theatre opportunities for students outside the mainstage theater department and to non-theater majors on campus . We pride ourselves on being an inclusive environment that champions all performers and technicians.

Last year, the 11th Hour season included a variety of productions including “Miscast Cabaret” directed by Anna Byers, “The Trail to Oregon” directed by Ana Kusenberger, “Ride the Cyclone” directed by LaBron Foy, “Murder at Barkley Manor” written and directed by Nathan Laemmle, and “Harmonic Motion” directed by Alaina Smith.

This year we have more GREAT WORKS IN THE WORKS so be sure to stop by the 11th Hour table at FIRST FRIDAY on August 21st to learn more and get connected!

What, like it’s hard? 💅🏼💖

I’ve been reflecting on this incredible journey with the best cast and crew. A huge thank you to everyone, especially @lincolnparkarts Justin Fortunato, @beverlyjaneb @destiny.patterson_ @sharschall @neumeyer_bobby Sam Silva, Maria Scheller, @drew7777 and Shawn Holmes for letting me tackle the absolute dream role of Elle Woods.

Elle taught me how to be unapologetically myself without ever dulling someone else’s sparkle. Getting to bring her to life—and hopefully inspire some young girls in the audience—is something I’ll hold close to my heart forever.

This show was the adventure of a lifetime. Snaps for the entire team! 💖 Up next: the world! 🌍✨
