In a magical turn of events I chose me and nothing was ever the same again.
Last summer I made the images on my vision board reality. Hosting she is art at the breathtaking Mallorca venue- Son Rullan. A place I have had saved in my screenshots for years.
@sonrullanmallorca

It’s hidden away in the cliffs of Mallorca’s rugged north-western coast and it’s here where nature commands your attention with panoramic, uninterrupted views of the crystal-blue Mediterranean Sea. We gazed upon mermaid pools and witnessed sunsets that will forever be etched in my heart.

The truth is that this particular retreat created one of the most beautiful, soul-stirring, magical experiences in my life.
A celebration of such was had of our inner light, summer, ocean, heat & personal spark. It was an ode to our wild woman with ash on her tongue. The free woman. The passionate woman. The creative woman. The one who wears lipstick, sunglasses & has a suntan. It’s the one that starts her sentences with: should we…. ? And what if we…. ?

I hunger for this life, so much so sometimes it feels as though I cannot breathe.

Applications to join us Sept 2027 are now open. Just a handful of spots left. See you there ✨

It’s already yours - said the universe.
Stop asking for permission and just go for it girl.

We’re so used to comparing ourselves to other women.
Our jobs. Our relationships. Our houses. How we spend our free time. How often we work out. What we’re doing with our lives. And somehow, social media makes it so easy to look at someone else’s life and feel like we’re doing less, achieving less, being less.
But something shifts when we come together in real sisterhood.
Because when you actually sit with other women, listen to their stories and share what’s really going on behind the scenes, you realize that we’re all just doing our best. We’re all figuring it out. We’re all carrying things that you can’t see from the outside 🧡
And suddenly there’s no need to compare. No need to judge.
No need to prove anything. We can just hold each other.
And remind each other that we are more than enough 🧡

Come join our next sisterhood retreat in Morocco 19.-22. November (last spots available) 🫂

If I had to describe our sisterhood retreats in pictures this would be it 🧡
If I had to describe it in words it would be something like this: feminine softness
deep rest
connection without judgement
unconditional love
a place to just be.

What if you’re not stuck? What if you’re just tired?

Tired from constantly thinking.
Tired from holding everything together.
Tired from being “on.”
Tired from trying to make the right decision while your brain is already overloaded.

It’s pretty hard to dream about your future when your nervous system is busy surviving your present.

So maybe the answer isn’t another podcast. Another productivity hack. Another five-step plan for becoming your best self.

Maybe it’s a nap. 😂

Maybe it’s slowing down long enough for the noise to settle.
Because when there’s space, there can be clarity.
And when there’s clarity, you can start to see what’s possible.

That’s the magic of rest.

And that’s what we’re creating at our retreat: a space where you don’t have to perform, achieve or have it all figured out.

You can just slow down. And remember how to create magic ✨
