sweeney todd! 🕊️

what an absolute gift to make my boco mainstage debut in this dream role in a dream show with this perfect dreamy cast! i could not be more grateful! i am endlessly inspired by johanna’s resilience, hope, refusal to let her freedom and selfhood be denied, and her undying curiousity 🩷 the most perfect start to senior year and what a joy to get to sing sondheim’s perfect score :) thank you thank you to everyone involved in bringing this show to life!

Sweeney Todd 🥧🩸💈

I first listened to Sweeney Todd when I was in middle school as one of the many shows that made me fall in love with theater. It’s been such a full circle moment to play Beadle Bamford in my senior year at BoCo and I couldn’t be more grateful for this experience. Thank you to this incredible company, our brilliant creative team, the fantastic orchestra, and everyone involved who helped bring our show to life.

Beadle Bamford as evil and cruel as he was has become one of my favorite roles to date. At the end of the day, he’s really just a lass.
