Senior season…
Although it looked a little different than the one I always imagined for myself I would not change a single thing about it. After having to take a step away from dance for a couple months, when I came back it made me appreciate dance and my team more than ever. Dance has been my one constant love for nearly my whole life and has brought me some of the people I love most in the world. Without it I wouldn’t be who I am or gotten to where I am today. Blair truly has been my second home for the last 16 years and the place that taught me so so much throughout out all of my up and downs and on the path to achieving my dreams. I could not have accomplished any of them without my Blair family and the women behind it all Mrs. Ali and Mrs. Becky! I love you both sooo much! Thank you for always being so loving and supportive throughout it all especially this season and coming back. Also for creating such a beautiful senior solo that told my story and served as a commemoration of all of my previous solos that will always hold special places in my heart and where this one will too. I could not have asked for a better senior solo or outcome for it, shoutout mom for bringing my vision to life and making my gorgeous costume 😘. All in all now that I’m tearing up I just want to say thank you again to everyone who has been on this journey with me or even that I have crossed paths with from the start to my final bow as it has all had an impact! I am so lucky to have something that I am this sad to close the chapter on as it is not a goodbye but will just look a little different in the future. Lastly, thank you Dance for always being the light shining through my darkness and bringing that light back into my life again after I thought I had lost it. ❤️❤️
