I have treasured every person, every encounter, every obstacle, every opportunity, every moment, and every adventure that THON brought my way💠

I have always had a love for THON since young and because of my involvement at Penn State I have been able to allow it to grow and become a mark I am able to leave. As a committee member I worked for the THON mission and as a dancer I relished every moment possible that THON was capable of bringing. The opportunity to dance was once in a lifetime and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

To my committee, past and present, thank you so much for supporting me this weekend and giving me endless laughs. I am so grateful to have been able to share two hours every week in those tiny desks with y’all💜

To my friends, thank you so much for visiting me and keeping spirits up, although I may have overslayed as a dancer🤩 having your support meant the world to me. Whether that be your kind messages, dancer mail, joining me on the floor, or dancing in the stands it all really meant a lot💜

Thank you THON! Thank u for bringing me some of the best people to ever exist. Thank u for allowing people to come together in order to fight against pediatric cancer. $16.95 million for the kids and counting in years to come. THON thank you for shaping my life, cannot wait to see what comes next💠

THON 2024- There aren’t enough words in the world to explain what this experience meant to me. I still can’t believe that I danced for @psuclubcheer this incredible weekend. Thank you to my amazing org and all my THON chairs for being so supportive and kind and getting me through this weekend- it truly would not have been possible without you and all your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and unappreciated. There was never a moment when I looked up at the stands and didn’t see smiling faces cheering me on.

THON has been a highlight of my Penn State experience ever since I saw @loren_gizzi dance in 2022 and she showed me what it means to be a part of something much greater than yourself and fully embodied the FTK spirit. Here we are now in 2024 and we raised $16.9 MILLION all ForTheKids!!! I truly can’t believe that I go to the best school in the universe.
Hearing directly from the kids what this weekend means for them makes me emotional and so grateful that I get to be some small part of that. I would stand for 46 hours again and again for this amazing weekend.

THANK YOU to every single person who visited me on the floor and made me smile, every single person in our section that brought me energy and cheered for me, every dancer that shared the floor with me and took laps with me, every drcm that stopped in their tracks to do whatever they could to help me, and to my dancing partner @giayancoskie <3 Special shout out to @delilahrosemetz and @b.pierre_ for being superheroes in the athletic training room and saving me during rough times. Thank you for every letter written, every piggyback ride, every tear wiped and every hug and encouraging word spoken to me or texted to me throughout the weekend. So many people make this possible and I’m so grateful for each and every one of them.

To the Stonesifers- thank you for letting me represent your family on the floor. When Izzy was on the floor doing all the line dances with us, I knew I would be able to finish the 46. I’ll never forget being dancer 107A, it meant the world to me. Stay FTK💛🎗️
