Immeasurably more. For my 30th birthday, I asked the Lord for words. Thats all I wanted, a day that was made meaningful by others.

Not only did He use my mom to arrange family to give speeches at my birthday dinner, but she asked those I am loved by to send birthday cards to my sister’s house. At the end of the night, she handed me a stack of what divinely ended up being 30 cards and said “I know words are meaningful to you!”

To me, that isn’t happenstance. That is evidence of a loving Father and friend who cares and is in the details of our lives. A story of His goodness I just can’t keep to myself.

In the telling of my life to someone , when they ask why I became a nurse, why I moved to Idaho, why I moved home, etc. most of my why answers begin with “because of the Lord.”

Because of the Lord, I got words for my 30th birthday. And I can’t believe I get God willing 30+ more years walking with Him in the immeasurably more on this earth + an eternity more to come 🤍
