The @hhs.girlsflag is hosting a charity game this Friday and asked me to be a part of their mission to raise funds to support those affected by cancer. These girls, the coaching staff and the booster club have all supported Lex through this journey and I was so touched that they thought of me. Many of you are familiar with Lexi's friend Anna, who also had a battle, which she won, with cancer. She recently started a foundation, AnnasRoom.org. proceeds from the game will go directly to helping fund her mission of bringing comfort, calm and connection to pediatric oncology teens.( If you visited me in the hospital, she gifted me my super comfortable mattress and bedding, and it was a lifesaver! )

Anna, sharing about the foundation that she started after treatment- Anna’s Room, that helped pediatric hospital rooms feel a bit more homey. She talked about how she didn’t just limit to sending in things for children, but also stuff more teenagers to feel more included and comfortable during their hospital stay. Donate to the foundation through Anna’s bio !! 💗
