This isn’t a Pilates post.

It’s a response to the recent discussion about what women should and shouldn’t wear while working out.

If a woman feels confident and sexy in what she’s wearing, she should be free to embrace that. If another woman feels more comfortable dressing modestly, that choice deserves the same respect. What matters is that these decisions genuinely belong to us, rather than being shaped by fear of judgment or the desire for male validation.

Because real freedom isn’t about how much of your body you choose to show. It’s about having the right to make that decision for yourself without feeling the need to justify it to anyone.

Reformer Pilates but make it hot 💕

There’s something about finding a workout you genuinely look forward to. Getting stronger, feeling more connected to my body, clearing my head and somehow leaving every class with shaky legs but a better mood.

Currently one of my favourite ways to spend an hour with @annatamaskatzer

📍Ria’s (Soho & Nottinghill) - Pizza (9/10)
finally made it to Ria’s and I can confirm the hype is justified.. & i’ve already been back again 🤭 whether you’re in nh or soho, this is a great spot for a pizza fix

✨ What we ordered:
*pepperoni & hot honey 🍯🌶️: a classic combo done really well
* mushroom pizza 🍄: the surprise favourite of the night
* crispy potatoes 🥔: absolutely don’t skip these, they were so addictive!
* baby gem salad 🥬: good, but nothing particularly memorable
* vanilla ice cream with olive oil & sea salt and figs & sweet breadcrumbs 🍨🍈 = a delicious combination and the perfect sweet ending
