There is a kind of learning that only happens in the room. Unhurried morning practice, the Primary Series led the traditional Mysore way, a hand placed exactly where a posture lives in your body — and a roomful of people who love this work as much as you do.

That is the heart of our 200 Hour Ashtanga Yoga Training: a year of monthly weekends in Norman, Oklahoma, where the practice, the breath, the healing arts, and the philosophy are studied together — read from inside the lineage, with Sanskrit scholars in Mysore.

You study in a small room with Andrew himself, not an assistant and not a sales team. You do not need to be advanced — only steady, curious, and willing to practice. We meet you where you are.

The modules rotate through the year, so you can begin with any weekend, in any month. We would love to have you.

Sāṅkhya is the system that makes everything else click. The Yoga Sūtras, the Bhagavad Gita, the language of Ashtanga practice — they all draw from the same conceptual foundation. Study Sāṅkhya and what was abstract becomes clear.
It’s the ancient system underneath all of yoga — the map that gives puruṣa, prakṛti, the guṇas, buddhi their meaning. Not as academic vocabulary, but as a precise account of what experience actually is, and how suffering arises from it.
We recorded this course verse by verse with Dr. H.V. Nagaraj Rao — a traditional Sanskrit scholar from Mysore, honoured by the President of India, formed inside the same lineage that produced Kṛṣṇamācārya. He has spent a lifetime inside these texts. It shows.
Twelve hours of teaching. Audio versions. Written summaries. A private 1-on-1 consultation included. Permanent access.
If you’ve ever felt like something foundational was just out of reach in your practice — this is likely it.
Sāṅkhya Kārikā: Foundations of Yoga is open now. $108, one time.

Circe marked the release of PANTHEON with a participatory ritual instead of a traditional concert on January 31st at Uncanny Art House.

Guests moved through a series of hosted stations, each offering a choice between two objects.

After collecting three items, participants could approach the Oracle for a question or reading.

Participation was optional. Observation was welcome.

The evening concluded with a shared cleansing ritual focused on release and renewal.

Hosted by Circe:
Annatova Neches
Scott Young
Rob Vollmar
Benjamin Carter

Closing ritual led by Tamara Van Hook

Sound experience manager: Andy Beard

Held on Imbolc — a seasonal threshold associated with purification and beginnings.

No stage.
No performance hierarchy.
An art event.

Pantheon was not released with a stage or a setlist, but with presence. Instead of a traditional album release show, guests were invited into a participatory ritual where the music unfolded through movement, choice, and reflection.

Throughout the evening, visitors experienced the new album alongside guided activities that led to a final closing ritual focused on releasing the dust of winter and making space for the possibility of spring.

This night was a reminder that albums can be felt as much as they are heard, and that release can be communal, intentional, and transformative. We are always excited to host events that step outside the expected and reimagine what gathering around art can look like. You can now access the album across streaming platforms.
