Thank you to @ngscumbria for all the encouragement!! And all those keen gardeners like @stephen712008 who share my enthusiasm for sustainable, wild gardens!!

All this love we have for our precious cats. We had to say goodbye to them, after nearly 18 years. We are so sad.

Thank you to everyone who loved them as we did. The guests who became friends and looked after them, the lovely @ruthdeniselear who made this beautiful picture of them, the guests who asked for cuddles, the doggy guests who kept their respectful distance! They were such a lovely part of our BnB and we shall miss them so much.

Grief is love with no home, thank you @catburns

There are times when you really have to pinch yourself and say, once again, how lucky are we to live here!

I thought of all the guests I’ve introduced to wild swimming today and thought how much you would LOVE this!

Come and try a lake swim!! Whatever the weather - it’s amazing. I promise! 🧊🥰

Thank you @nichol.end.marine - we missed your amazing scones today but will be back soon for some! 😋😋

Hot summer days in the lakes.

The perfect little shepherds hut needs a perfect little fridge to keep your drinks cold!! There’s even a mini freezer for your mini ice cubes.

And it looks good too!

Love finding all our little details! For our favourite shepherds hut guests! 😍😍

TEAM RAW does 25 push ups for 25 days for PTSD

DAY 12 - 25 Supergirl Press Ups ! 👊🏼👍🧡 So here's the story.... I was nominated to take the "25 press ups for 25 days challenge". This challenge is to help raise awareness for things such as PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), anxiety and depression that drives people to committing suicide.

As a personal trainer, 25 press ups isn't as much of a challenge... so each day I will also be pushing myself by doing a DIFFERENT PRESS UP VARIATION to reach new goals and that take me out of my Press Up comfort zone! eeek

To help raise the awareness, I would like to invite others to join this journey, take on this challenge and join "TEAM RAW does 25 push ups for 25 days". Today I nominate: ..ALL of my #TEAM RAW Bootcamp girls, 💪👍😂 The rules are simple:
1) Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day!! 2) Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push ups even if you have to drop to your knees to regress or if you find press ups easy then push yourself with a new variation (be creative), you just have to do 25! 😂 Upload your video OR Photo & Tag RAW Personal Training or on Instagram #rawptfitness

3) Everyday you must nominate a different person (copy and paste this post)
Let's reach as many people as possible, let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from mental illness, you are not alone we are here for you.
Don't be afraid speak out!
