#outofbody is a great experience and right in time for Halloween. I’m proud to be a part of it through the whole shoot and even more proud of the production team @goodslatepictures for getting this to fruition. Great job to the whole team. Thank you @garrettvinson1 and @bobbydstunts for letting me be a part of it. And great job to stunts, Spencer Davis and @tomprwatson, the director @hutchstunts, the PAs 🤘, and everyone in between

STOP underestimating your breath 🌬️✨

What if I told you…

You could shift your mood, calm anxiety, boost energy, and improve focus—all in one class?

Introducing: Pranayama with Anna

This isn’t just “breathing”…

This is learning how to actually control your state.

You are not stuck in your stress.
You are not at the mercy of your mind.
You’ve just never been taught how to use your breath. 🌬️✨

Prana = life force
Yama = control

This is the practice of learning how to work with your energy—not against it.

In this 90 min Pranayama Class, you’ll learn 5 powerful breathing techniques that each create a different effect in the body:

🌿 Calm your nervous system
⚡ Boost your energy
🧠 Clear mental fog
💗 Regulate emotions
💤 Better sleep & relaxation
💗 A deeper connection to your body

When you can control your breath—
you can influence your state.

And when you can influence your state—
you change how you show up in your life.

No experience needed. Just a willingness to learn.

🗓 Friday, April 17
⏰ 5:30–7:00 PM

New Moon Pranayama: Breath & Energy (Beginner-Friendly)

Learn how to work with your breath to influence your body, mind, and energy. In this 90 minute breathwork session, you’ll be guided through 5 powerful breath techniques designed to calm the nervous system, improve focus, increase lung capacity, and support overall well-being.

This practice isn’t about forcing the breath—it’s about building awareness and learning how to regulate your internal state with intention.

✨ Reduce stress & anxiety

✨ Improve sleep & digestion

✨ Increase clarity & steady energy

✨ Deepen your connection to self

Aligned with the energy of the New Moon—a time of initiation, clarity, and forward movement—we’ll use the breath as a tool to reset, refocus, and connect with what you truly want to create moving forward.
