TESTIMONY THURSDAY
~Annelise Hatch~
What is your testimony?
I was raised by a family that always kept Jesus as a topic in our lives, but I didn’t always know what it meant to truly give your life to Jesus. Within the past year and a half, I started going to a youth group and truly discovered how Jesus can move in my life if I let Him. AND HE MOVED! All I had to do was take one step and tell Jesus that I wanted to give my life to Him and he took the rest of the steps for me! A journey with Jesus isn’t easy and requires discipline and that is something that I am working on, but with Jesus I feel free and loved. A few weeks ago I was baptized and got to publicly state that I want Jesus to be the center of my life and I want to follow Him for the rest of my life. After my baptism, it wasn’t an immediate change, but I feel called to share God’s Word with others in a way that I hadn’t felt before. My life is better with Jesus because I feel like I always have someone on my side who loves me so much and wants the best for me. I can’t wait to see what he has in store for me!
