Dream BIGGER. Louder. More outrageously. Come up with life you want that looks so out of reach that your “friends” laugh.
.
And then notice which friend doesn’t laugh. Which friend thinks 🤔 and says “That would be perfect for you!”
.
That friend is the basis of your FRONT ROW!
.
Your front is made up of the people who not only never hold you back but who push you forward. The ones who encourage you to see what happens when you dream big and then act on it.

Get to know Holly McPeak, one of our owners and head coaches! Holly is one of the most decorated female beach volleyball players of all time! She grew up in Manhattan Beach and played indoor as a setter at Mira Costa High school, winning CIF and State Titles. She finished her collegiate indoor career at UCLA setting her team to an NCAA championship. Growing up in Manhattan Beach, her passion was always beach volleyball although she loved the indoor game as well. After finishing her indoor career, she went pro on the beach and went on to win Rookie of the Year, and 72 professional titles during her 20 year career. Holly won 5 MVP awards , and 8 Best defensive player awards and competed in 3 Olympic games culminating in a bronze medal in Athens 2004. Holly is in the Mira Costa Hall of Fame, Cal Athletic Hall of Fame, International Volleyball Hall of Fame, the CBVA Hall of Fame, and just inducted last week to the USA Volleyball Hall of Fame as well.
Holly has been coaching on the beach the last 8 years both youth and professionals, and works as a television commentator for the indoor and beach volleyball matches on ESPN and Pac 12 Network. Her passions are travel, food, and adventure with her friends and loved ones! She has been married 25 years to Leonard Armato and has two grown up step sons Anthony and Elio, and a younger son Leonardo, who is 9.
Holly loves pushing players to get better by focusing on the details and being relentless in the pursuit of victory. She is very competitive and still loves to play beach volleyball once a week with a group of former pros. Beach volleyball is a sport that gave her so many beautiful opportunities and showed her the world. Holly enjoys giving back and helping young players reach their goals and dreams. #volleyball #beachvolleyball #olympian #coach #relentless
