We only get about 80 summers in our lifetime on average, so I want to make sure I spend them wisely. Summer isn’t even over yet, but this summer 2026 has already been one of the best ones yet.

Awesome strongman Saturday with some people I don’t normally get to train with. Worked up to a super smooth 182 circus dumbbell press, then a 330 farmers carry, and finished off with 300 sandbag to shoulder.

Everything I want I can get…

Everything I want I can have…

I can have everything I WISH.

NO EXCUSES, I get to the bag you could too if you would just get off my d!CK.

Cleaned out what didn’t feed me life physically mentally and spiritually.

Prayed to our creator, spoke to my ancestors and I can feel my Dad with me. There’s no excuses.

Tysm to our tribe for helping us the last 4 months. SOANE AND I appreciate the support and love.

2025 was one of the longest and shortest years of my life. Looking back at my camera roll, it was wild to see how much happened in the span of 365 days. So much joy, stress, depression, pride - the rollercoaster of it all. I’m so tired 😂

It was exhilarating. I did things that were so incredibly difficult that pulled me so far outside of my comfort zone that it took a while to recover from the adrenaline rush and unforeseen negative side effects, both socially and emotionally. Even so, I was proud of what I proved I was capable of. I will always give so much credit and so much appreciation to @saulasaraptor for pushing me and talking me off the ledge more times than I can count. Thanks, coach.

Watching my kids growing their skills and confidence has been such a privilege. Doing it alongside @lgsiler has made it even better. I feel like we’ve experienced so many damn seasons in this one year, and yet you’re still here with me. I love you 💕 let’s just win the lottery already and raise a bunch of chickens and do crafts and blacksmith all day forever.

To my village/family/hyenas; thank you for making the year tolerable. For being my shoulders to cry on, my comic relief and just solid ass friends. I love and appreciate you all. Let’s keep cheering each other on in 2026 🫶🏻

This year welcomed a new job, new friends, new ideas and goals. All of it happened so fast and has all felt majorly overwhelming, but I’m glad it happened.

I know not much will change overnight. 2026 is just going to be another year with its own set of challenges, but I’m ready to move forward with optimism and with the motivation to do a little better each day.

Happy new year, y’all 🎇
