Ive been running for a bit solo dolo. It has helped calm my mind and it really helps my ADHD but there is something about a real tribe. I’ll keep running alone but join once a week if u want to feel the energy. Big shoutout to @ali_forain for the energy u have put in 🫡🌟💗 and thanks to @viccaptures & @amymiyu for the invite 🏃🏿🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️💨 (that looks more like a fart lol)

Rain where? Clouds who? Because we sure did not let that stop us from waking up to place another 5K in the books! ✅ We showed up as one - and we finished as one; the Levels way! 🫵 We’re so thankful for the team to come out today, and a huge shoutout to our new members that appeared and finished strong 💪 Great way to finish the week! 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️ #levels #runners #allpaces #runclub #rotterdam

Last week was honestly one of the hardest weeks I’ve had in a while. A lot happened, and I went through things I never want to go through again. But this week has been completely different. I found my people. The people who check on me, stay around, listen to me, and don’t let me feel alone when I need someone to talk to. I’m genuinely grateful for everyone who has been there for me, especially the people I’ve met recently. You’ve shown me what real friendship feels like. I truly believe that when you have a good soul and you treat people with a good heart, God eventually sends good people into your life too. Sometimes you just have to trust the timing. These are my people. My friends. My family. ❤️ Thank you, everyone, for being there for me.

May recap. 📸 A month full of memories, hard work, and great people. Grateful for everyone I met along the way, especially the running club @levels.run for making me feel welcome and helping me build real friendships. ❤️ Big thanks to my coach @melaniesglez and everyone who supported me this month. Not every result went my way, but the progress continues. June, let’s get it. 💪🔥
