Yesterday was also a great day for Jackson, who finished 2nd 🥈 in the Grand Prix behind Justin, at only his second attempt at the level! 🤩 He showed so much quality, and there’s still so much more to come! @vanolsthorses

Thank you the great training lately @annevanolst , it’s such an honor to learn from someone like you 🤝🙏🏼

Not really the outcome we came here for, but that’s sport.

Still, there is so much to be proud of. Secret being the youngest horse competing in today’s final, riding a freestyle for the first time, and still delivering a strong 74.4% taking us to 4th place at the Asian Games 🇯🇵

But today I’m not only proud of Secret, I’m also proud of myself. After 10 months competition break and almost half a year away from the saddle during my pregnancy, I had only been back riding for two months before coming here. Two months to find my strength again, rebuild my feeling in the saddle and get myself ready to compete. Making it all the way to the Asian Games and finishing just outside the podium.

A huge thank you to everyone behind us ♥️

@eshchibrik for being my biggest support, ALWAYS
@alenababushkina for taking the very best care of our special boy
The whole team back home @shchibrik_stables for everything you do behind the scenes
@dressageandmusic for creating such a beautiful freestyle
@alina_kushh for kicking my ass 4 times a week and getting my body back in shape

And especially my trainer @annevanolst, who has been there for me throughout this entire journey. Training and warming me up in the middle of the night from the other side of the world. Thank you for believing in us, pushing us and always being there, no matter the distance or the time difference.

Proud of this horse. Proud of this comeback.
We learn, we reset, and we move forward.
On to the next chapter 💪🏼

What if balance is not the path to harmony—but harmony is the path to balance? ❤️
Balance is not a fixed point we finally arrive at.
It is alive, continually shifting and asking to be felt and rediscovered from one moment to the next.
In this second conversation with FEI 5-star judge, educator and mentor Mary Seefried, we explore harmony as something that begins long before we place a foot in the stirrup.
It begins within the rider, in the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, body, energy and intention.
When these individual elements begin to harmonise, could this be where balance, beauty and grace emerge?
Mary also shares her reflections from the FEI World Championships in Aachen, where she served on the Dressage Judges’ Supervisory Panel and observed the world’s finest horses and riders from a truly unique perspective.
A thoughtful conversation about what takes riding beyond technical correctness and into that elusive place of true harmony.
Because perhaps becoming a better rider for the horse begins not only with improving our technique, but with looking more deeply within ourselves.
