Sometimes we get so focused on where we still want to be that we forget to look at where we started.

I put these videos next to each other not to compare myself to anyone else, but to compare myself to... myself.

A year ago, I was celebrating the tiniest moments of control. They felt huge back then. Yesterday, I realized that those moments quietly became stability in skills that once felt impossible.

Progress is hard to notice when you see yourself every day. It’s built in all the ordinary sessions, all the failed attempts, all the times you show up even when it feels like nothing is changing.

So this is your reminder (and mine): save your videos. Look back. Compare yourself only to your past self.

Consistency works. Even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Was für eine Woche 🫶🏼

Vielen Dank an jeden, der mich auf dieser Reise unterstützt hat, das bedeutet mir die Welt!

Hätte mir jemand gesagt, dass ich irgendwann ein Buch über Calisthenics schreiben würde, hätte ich ihm den Vogel gezeigt. Ich meine, meine Note in Deutsch war ne solide 4 😂

Ich freue mich auf alles was kommt, vor allem etwas Urlaub, nach diesem wilden Ritt 🫶🏼
