10-19 is the EMS radio code for "head home", and this band is truly at home at AITA. Made up of Toronto paramedics plus one Sick Kids ER RN, they first got together in 2017 for the first show. AITA has been their motivator to get together and sharpen their set each time, and we can't be happier to have them together again!

Lake Titicaca Dec 11-16th. During this time I went to Isla Del Sol, Copacabana, and Puno. Here is a huge lake full of beautiful sites and trucha. Did I eat a lot of trucha, yes. Did I love it? Yes! Explored around with friends and did a tour to Indigenous land and to a man made floating island.

La Paz Dec 4-10th. Wow what a densely populated city with densely populated fun! Probably the coolest mode of public transportation via Teleferico. So high up in the mountains with beautiful sites. Did an ATV ride up to El Alto. Stayed near the witches market and got some potions. Went to an unexpectedly awesome rave!! An experience to see Cholitas Wrestling 🙆🏽‍♀️💪💥

Potosi & Sucre Bolivia Nov 28th-Dec 3rd. Hard to breathe up here, but what a facinating place! The mine tour in Sucre was definitely one of the most interesting tours I've ever done (literally a working mine, rather dangerous). The Dinosaur footprints in Sucre was a surprise, I didnt believe it at first, but ya gotta agree with science 🦖

To my Camino family with love❤️

Camino is not about meeting people; it’s about meeting like-minded souls. United in our quest for freedom, knowledge, and adventure, we walk this path together. We start alone but end up with someone. With someone who stays with us for life. As a friend, a loved one, a miracle, something wondrous and incredible that happens once and remains in memory forever. Strangers on the first day en route to Santiago become a little family. A strong, real family in spirit.

«How do I get back to my life again? I mean, I love my life. But how can I bring this energy with me?» Sabrina and I sit on the stones in the middle of the patio, looking at a small piece of sky among the high walls of the albergue.

Sabrina became my sun. She radiated warmth and light, sharing it with everyone she met. Her incredible magnetism and even greater love for life and people shone through. But at that moment, she was unusually quiet and sad. @sabrina_scandali

«You’ve already become part of this energy. You’re going to carry it with you for your entire life. We’re like small puzzle pieces. And you should remember that. Yes, a small part, but without it, the picture just doesn’t fit.» I wished I could find better words to comfort her, but these seemed the most appropriate.

Edu takes our hands, and Sabrina and I cry.

Irene hugs me, and her red curly hair tickles my cheek. I’m not letting go of her hand all evening. «I’m going two ways tomorrow, one with Fracia, the second one with you,» she says before our farewell in Vigo. Irene, with whom we awkwardly smiled at in the albergue corridors for the first two days, afraid to speak. Irene, with whom I «got engaged» on the Atlantic shore with funny avocado rings bought for three euros from a kiosk. @irevaran

On the fourth day, Edu came alone, without a phone, with a map in his hands and a tent in his backpack. He arrived and instantly became one of us, someone to open up to easily. Just that simple. With Edu, everything was simple - to be silent, to speak, to listen. Edu left on the seventh day, alone, with his tent and without a phone, leaving behind warmth and hugs.

By far the most impressive glacier we have ever seen: 5km wide, 30km long, 250m2 and growing at the same rate it recedes!
