Vision recognizes vision.

From building iconic beauty brands to shaping conversations that matter, Annie Finch has spent decades proving that leadership is equal parts elegance, resilience, and innovation.

After rising through the ranks at Estée Lauder and launching Katherine Cosmetics, Annie became a respected entrepreneur known for blending business excellence with purpose. (Forbes)

Alongside her is Kilyn Davidson, founder of Xuncharted Media, a modern media company built for a new generation of storytellers, entrepreneurs, and brands.

Two founders. Two industries. One shared belief:

Build something that outlasts you.

The future belongs to those bold enough to create it.
