If you haven't heard, @danessamyricksbeauty is officially at @sephora at @kohls!
Back in 2021, when we started at the Next Big Thing end cap, I was so proud that we were able to bring the magic of DMB to Sephora. I cannot believe we have how much we have grown and expanded in the last 4 years. We are now able to bring the colors, textures, and all the yummy skin goodies to more of our community.

🤭⬇️ Here’s my new business approach!

I’m working on getting better content after I finish with my clients because it was never something I put enough effort into. I would just be like “oh wait you look cute I wanna record it!” but never thought of how I could utilize that content to attract clientele like girl!

But as a “beginner” (I use that lightly bc I’m not new to this I’m TRUE to this ‼️ but more so the content aspect if you will) I have to remind myself that the greats never started out that way! Everyone had to start from somewhere and with experience, time and practice, you get better.

As a perfectionist, that makes my life a bit harder. Which is why we gotta drop that whole standard or expectation or perfection. IT DOESNT EXIST. All it does is create self doubt, unnecessary self criticism and stops you from posting and putting yourself out there! Why do you think I never really pushed this page and I made it how long ago? I’m still learning myself so don’t feel bad! It’s a part of the journey. It’s not an easy one but it’ll be so worth it 🥹
