This weekend Dave and I had a joint party celebrating turning 40🥳!! No better way to enter a new decade than drinks (too many), good food, an amazing DJ, dancing, family and friends!! We want to thank everyone for coming, some from hours away, to celebrate with us!! We had THE BEST time, maybe too much fun, staying out till 2am like the good old days🤣💕

28 years old climbing the corporate ladder at the #1 firm in the world…

But something told me to fly to LAX and learn more about this health & wellness company that for some reason I couldn’t stop thinking about.

That trip ended up shaping the way I saw the world in a lot of ways.

It brought some of the most amazing people into my life.

Being part of a team that ended up impacting so many more lives than we anticipated (including our own).

It’s been an amazing 15 year run.

It’s odd to feel so stunned & sad but grateful at the same time. Knowing what I know now; I would do it all over again without hesitation.

End of an era… best era of my life so far. Thank you all for the texts and calls. It means a lot!

So many of you who have an interest in fitness may have been seeing all sorts of posts about BODi (formerly BeachBody) changing their business model to an affiliate structure. Some BODi partners/coaches are looking at this as an end to the story. Me? I'm looking at it as a continuation of what I've been doing the last 10+ years. Sharing my workouts and love for fitness, while helping others get healthy and fitness.

For those of you who have partnered with me over the years, I'm still going to be here doing my thing. I'll still be running fitness groups and challenges whether you're doing a BODi program or not. If you're interested, send me a DM. I'll be reaching out to my clients in a few weeks when BODi finalizes the business issues.

Through the last few years, I have partnered with and made friends with many coaches and individuals and I hope those partnerships will continue. I've learned a lot about fitness thru BODi and look forward to the great fitness programs they continue to put forth.

I hope you all will continue to follow me in this journey. Let's work together to make this world a healthier place.

Younger sisters teach you how to be protective from a distance, how to feel lucky and proud at the same time, and how to be caring and loving without saying it as much as I should.

I’m sure you both felt like you had a younger brother growing up at times (making you late for school), but you’ve always had your older brother’s back and I’ll always have yours.

It’s a bummer we don’t have the same last name anymore, but I love your husbands (I mean they’re ok I guess 😏) and I’m excited for the future family trips and holidays all together as the family continues to grow 😂.

I definitely didn’t except the crazy things we’ve done together as @bodi “business partners”, but I’m still much happier just to have you as sisters and watch you become amazing moms with the coolest four nephews and niece!
