I’m so glad I followed the nudge 1 year ago… A whole year of Diamond Experience Evenings… and feeling so much gratitude. 🥹 When we started these evenings, there were no big expectations or plans. Just a lot of passion behind bringing the Diamond experiences closer to home and creating a space where women could come together, reconnect with themselves and experience something a little different. To see how organically they’ve grown into our beautiful monthly evenings honestly means so much to me. Each one with its own theme, its own energy and its own little bit of magic. ✨ But none of it would be what it is without the women who walk through those doors. Thank you for trusting me, for coming back month after month, for your loyalty and for sharing what we do with other women. You are part of the ripple effect of this beautiful mission and everything we’re creating. A huge heartfelt thank you to @rachelatter from @theeverythingassistant , my absolute right hand woman throughout this journey. Working with you is just EASY. We make such a beautiful team and I’m so grateful to have you beside me through it all. And to @carriemcgrail at @kafestannington thank you for holding us in your beautiful space and giving Diamond Evenings a home. It really does feel like we’ve created something special together. One year down, so many beautiful memories made, and so much more still to come. Here’s to the next chapter of Diamond. 💎 ✨ *Our next Diamond Experience Evening is the 25th of September 🫶🏻 Feel free to DM for details 🙏🏻

The next Diamond Evening is on the 29th of May 💎 BOOK NOW! And honestly… this one feels deeply needed right now. THEME: Balance, Protect & Realign Your Energy 🤍 In a world that constantly pulls at our attention, energy and nervous systems… how do we come back to ourselves- our own energy? No wonder we can’t think or feel what’s even our own energy anymore or have the clarity we are looking for!!! It’s not your fault! I’ll be explaining more on this on the night! It’s fascinating! This evening is all about: • protecting your energy • understanding your chakras • feeling safe in your body again • and returning back to presence • A chance to unplug Because true health isn’t just physical anymore… it’s energetic too. So many women are running on overstimulation, pressure, noise and emotional exhaustion without even realising it. This space is where we slow down. Breathe. Reset. And reconnect back to ourselves 💫 It’s like software reset but for you not your phone! We’re already filling up and as always there is only 12 spaces available 🙏🏻 Past ladies and new… you’re all so welcome 🤍 COMMENT or message me “DIAMOND” for more info or to reserve your space 💎 I can already feel this one is going to be special. With love Katie x

Friday night was special… After we moved through our theme: A relaxed nervous system is your wealth in today’s world You could actually feel it land, for so many of the ladies… The smiles… the softness… just a different energy in the room. What I loved the most every woman walked away with a proper little toolbox 🙌🏻 things she can actually use when life’s doing its thing… and a bit of a Nervous System MOT too… on the night… a reset, a re charge and coming back to herself. I’m honestly just really grateful to hold these spaces. To see the shifts, the exhales, the connection… it’s everything. Next one is May 29th ✨ If you’ve been feeling the nudge… come. Message “EVENING” or book through @coachingwithkatieford bio and I’ll we’ll get you booked in (Spaces book up quick, so don’t hang around) 💫

Month 1 of the Sketchbook Swap: On July 1st I wrapped this up and made sure it got posted through the next persons letter box! This will run for the next 16 months, each month rotating the sketchbooks so that everyone involved can add a contribution to all other people’s themes. I’m so grateful to be a part of this, thank you so much putting this together and then organising all the logistics @anonymouse.creatives !! Of course, the theme for my sketchbook is cats. I can’t wait to contribute to everyone else’s theme and see, once the swaps have ended next year, the variety of pieces others have added to my sketchbook. It is special to be part of something which encourages people to create for fun with minimal pressure or expectations around what art ‘ought’ to look like! 📮
