Our little Craft Corner is OPEN! ✂️✨

This has been slowly coming together behind the scenes for a little while now, and I’m so excited to finally show you! 🥹

We wanted to create another way to come and get creative at Happy Glaze, whether you fancy making bracelets with a coffee, trying your hand at cross stitch, keeping the little ones busy with a craft, or just doing something completely different to pottery.

We’ve also expanded our seating and added more tables, so there’s even more space to pop in for a craft, a coffee and cake, or a little catch-up ☕️🍰💕

Have a browse of the Craft Corner, choose something you fancy and make it right here with us. We’ve got trays and shared tools for you to use, and there’s no extra charge to sit and make your craft here.

Or if you’d rather get crafty at home, you can take it away too!

This is just the beginning. We’ll be adding lots more as we go, and we’d love to know what you’d like to see in the Craft Corner next! 👀✂️

In just a few days, you'll be able to browse all 250 makers involved and here are a handful of them from the Art & Cards category!

At 10am on October 3rd, sales on samples, seconds and end of line stock will be going live from all of these makers and from this Saturday you'll be able to browse the whole list and make your wish list so you're ready!

I’m not even sure where to start with sharing how amazing the last few weeks have been, but this feels like a fairly spectacular place to begin…

I LOVE an at-home do in a marquee. They’re properly my cup of tea. There’s something about throwing a party in a place that means something to you, filling it with your favourite people and creating a celebration that could never be replicated anywhere else.

And if that home happens to be a stately home, and the party happens to include a myths, legends and fairytale fancy-dress theme, the most spectacular flowers, a huge marquee for 220 guests, a 12-piece swing band, a DJ, a free-flowing bar and a field full of bell tents for the younger guests to fall into afterwards…

Well. Pinch me.

From the utterly brilliant costumes to the dance floor chaos later on, this was one of those nights where I kept looking around and thinking, “Is this actually my job?”

Completely bonkers, properly joyful and an absolute feast to photograph. Everyone committed to the theme, everyone committed to the party and, by the end of the night, everyone was very, very merry.

Honestly, what an EPIC night.

A summery shop tour this May 🌿

Down a cobbled street where my little shop resides - tucked into the folds of Georgian architecture that makes up the city of Bath.
