Throw back to one of the moments this summer where sea energy meant the world to me to handle the curveballs life sent me 🙏🏽🩵

So grateful. Just closed directing of the last streamer series with the most amazing team ( shoutout @schau.film @anne_som @done.postproduction and whole family behind and in front of the camera ) and now I get to jump straight into developing the next two shows, this time with @film.five 🏓 One on cars, one on male solitude. What can I tell you, I’m obsessed with both. Looking for truth, authenticity and human connection under every rock in this AI avalanche.
Director + creator has become my favourite mix. As long as I have brilliant writers and heads of department beside me, and producers who know how to matchmake and genuinely care.
These are also my first months with @exceedentertainment in India: exploring mythologies, local talent and stories I’ve been amazed by since I was little. November will be intense.
And while all this is happening, my team and I are laying the foundation for the LPS studio that will help us all make projects happen. Not a production company ( respect for producers ), but one that brings projects, financing and talent to production houses in the most authentic way. The entrepreneurial era meets giving back.
And before anyone says I’m doing too much at once… would you say that if I was a man? 💙 I’d love to shoot and prep 300 days a year, still have space for new directing projects, friends and adventures. While supporting others in getting their projects made. We can only grow together, sharing is multiplying 🍿

A week later, and we’re still thinking about these moments.

A look back at season 03 of the Seriesly Berlin Conference & Premieres: four days filled with ideas, conversations, new perspectives and projects taking the stage — brought to life by the people who shared their work, their thoughts and their time with us.

From talks and pitches to premieres and encounters on and off stage, here are a few glimpses of what made these days so special.

Thank you to all our speakers, creators, industry guests and everyone who joined us in Berlin and made this year’s edition of Seriesly Berlin a blast.

Switzerland’s🇨🇭Verge-Depre sisters received the AVP wildcard to play in the Huntington Beach Open and brought stellar play— like this hard-fought rally with digs/covers by @zoe.vergedepre and the “Kong Block” 🦍 👐🏼 by @anoukvergedepre!

All 6 episodes are now streaming on @skyshowch

A great project and a lot of fun to work on. Big thanks to everyone involved, especially @anoukvergedepre and @zoe.vergedepre for sharing their story, and to our intern @emmajeaannee for the support along the way. ❤️
