In Cappadocia, we discovered the outer beauty of an ancient land while journeying into our inner worlds; through extraordinary wellness practices held in ancient churches, caves, valleys, and landscapes that have carried stories for centuries.

Journey of Love was a reminder that transformation can happen when we slow down, connect, and allow a place to reveal something within us.

As Rumi said; The universe is not outside of you. Look inside yourself; everything that you want, you already are. #Rumi

A heartfelt thank to @goturkiye & @gocappadocia for the support and for opening special venues that allowed us to create these transformative experiences in places beyond the ordinary. 🤍

One month passed, and we still carry the memories of secret valleys, healing experiences in ancient caves, long-table dinners, dance nights filled with love and connection, healing with horses, and riding through the magical landscapes… So many moments that words and pictures could never fully capture.

Journey of LOVE reminded us of many things.

But perhaps the most beautiful one:

WE ARE LOVE.

Every journey, no matter where it takes us, is a journey back to ourselves.
Back to the heart.
Back to love. ❤️

Majnoon – THE TRILOGY | Live in Cappadocia | Inner & Outer Journey

There are moments when music is no longer something you listen to.

It becomes something you walk through.

The Trilogy is a contemporary cultural performance that explores the waves of human existence our highs, our lows, our silence, and the moments when our heartbeat becomes the only truth.

This film was captured in the timeless landscape of Cappadocia, where nature became the stage and every stone became part of the story.

There was no separation between the performers, the audience, and the land.

Only one shared journey.

A heartfelt thank you to Inner & Outer Journey for creating the vision and bringing together a community where music, nature, and human connection could exist as one.

This is not just a performance.

It is an invitation.

Take a deep breath.

Leave the outside world behind.

And allow yourself to become part of the journey.

THE TRILOGY

Ancient Memory.
Contemporary Sound.
One Shared Journey.

Water remembers.

One of the most powerful ceremonies I’ve ever been part of was holding space in the freshwater pool, hidden within the sacred caves of Cappadocia.

Water has long been associated with memory and emotion, and for many people it can become a powerful space to slow down, reflect and let go. Combined with the resonance of sound, we invited people to reconnect with the safety of the womb, soften into stillness and release what no longer needed to be carried.

This is exactly why I love working with nature. The earth, the water and sound create something that words never quite can.

I’m so grateful to have learnt from the beautiful @ayca and burak, and I can’t wait to hold more ceremonies like this. There was something truly special about that space. 🤍

Continuation of the Sema series @innerandouterjourney_ music by @ozgurbabaji @burakmalcok @nasiri.music and many accompaniments of talented and magnificent humans who each added to the shared experience amongst the Lovers. The Sema concluded with a releasing of a dove with a beautiful share by @rosaaygun … of course, we all were drunk by the Beloved’s Love, and we wanted to play and whirl all night, but alas, the dove 🕊️ was to release, and magnificent dinner and more experiences kept us going day after day, for 5 nights.

For me, be it my eyes close and a spark inside my heart ignites a cosmic suchness in my being, holding the camera in my hand, placing it back down and whirling for a bit, and the same heart passion and devotion, lifts my hands to share the delight of my eyes, seeing Her, reflected in the beautiful worlds before me. What a blessing also, I was handed a frame drum, by dear sister and teacher, @navadance and I got to play some Persian Sufi rhythms, and for the first time played some 9/8 Turkish rhythms on the bendir Turkish frame drum. Turkiye is a special place, people, history, and events like this, at a magical land like Cappadocia, wow… Life is beautiful too! And, we heal, we inspire each other, and we return back to the world and do the work we can to inspire and create conditions of a better world, together. 🌹

With warmth, presence, and intention, @noemi.weber_ guided us through a Kundalini Yoga journey that invited us to reconnect with our bodies, our breath, and the quiet wisdom already within. 🌞

Every movement became an invitation to soften. Every breath, a reminder that transformation doesn’t always arrive through force. Sometimes, it begins with simply being present.✨

Tonight marks the final evening of the Inner & Outer Journey of Love… and I can honestly say it has been one of the most unforgettable weeks of my life. 🤍

From guiding sound healing in sacred valleys, ancient churches and candlelit caves, to waking each morning in the breathtaking Yunak Evleri Cave Hotel. From riding the most intuitive horses beneath the hot air balloons, to sharing long dinners, deep conversations and moments of pure presence with the most beautiful souls.

I’ve laughed, learned, been challenged, inspired and reminded why I chose this path.

To every musician, healer, guide and person who shared their wisdom, their stories and their hearts with me,thank you. I’ll carry so much of this experience into my own ceremonies and the spaces I hold for others.

Cappadocia has reminded me that healing lives in nature, connection, music, stillness and love. A piece of my heart will always belong here.

One more sunrise awaits… and I can’t think of a more magical way to close this extraordinary chapter. 🤍✨

The HE❤️ART Painting Ritual: A blank canvas became a meeting place for presence, play, and connection.💫

With every colour, every movement, and every shared moment, we remembered that the deepest art is created not on the canvas, but between us.✨

With gratitude to @heitschgallery , @poetcalledl , and everyone who brought their hearts to this beautiful experience.🌞

Some journeys begin with a single breath.✨

Within the timeless walls of Eleni Church, our inner and outer worlds gently met. Breath became remembrance, sound became prayer, and every heart found its way back to the same silence.💫

Deep gratitude to @cansudurucan for holding the breath journey, to @nasiri.music for weaving the soundscape, and to every soul who shared this sacred space.

What we seek has always been within. 🤎
