This was back in April. I went into this competition on very little sleep, after a long drive from Riyadh to Dammam, a late weight cut, and still not fully recovered from being sick.

The circumstances were against me, and I should prepare better, but the one thing that kept me grounded was trust in Allah SWT.

By Allah’s grace, He gave me the strength to compete and granted me first place. Alhamdulillah.

Thanks to Coach Ansarov @ansarov_jj for being in my corner as always and giving me everything he has, and to my family and teammates for the constant support. 🤍

Alhamdulillah always.☝🏼

Back in January, I almost wasn’t able to compete in this competition, but Alhamdulillah I got registered last minute and was just grateful to be able to go.

Going into it, I wasn’t as prepared as I wanted to be, but I just wanted to keep a cool head, do my best and leave the rest to Allah SWT. Allah is Al-Muwaffiq, and He granted me first place. Alhamdulillah.🥇

Beautiful scenery, amazing company and a trip I’m truly grateful for.

A special thank you to Coach Ansarov @ansarov_jj for being in my corner and giving me game plans, Coach Hamza @sanbar_hamza for getting me ready in the warm-up area, and my whole team for the unreal support and good company throughout the trip. 🤍

All praise be to Allah SWT. ☝🏼
