I Am That One In Ten Thousand.

I have been to the summit. I have tasted of glory.

And I will rebuild this man Brick By Brick, even if it takes me the rest of my days.

Big Val with a Big Victory. Proud of him. He’s a good friend, and I’m glad to know him.

Большая победа!

I’m talking about all the way to the top, yeah... Unjustifiably in a position that I’d rather not be in. But the cream will rise to the top, ooh yeah. Macho Madness, yeah, has got more to offer than President Jack Tunney thinks that I got, yeah, and let me tell you something right now, cards stacked against the Macho Man Randy Savage in Wrestlemania III, let me say it, yeah, let me say it out loud, and let me point to the President of the World Wrestling Federation, the Macho Man Randy Savage is not happy with your decision, yeah. I am the cream in the World Wrestling Federation and there is no doubt about it, yeah… you Mean Gene Okerlund you know that I’m the cream of the crop!

Dallas Horton’s birthday bash was fantastic. I hope he had a good one. 🔥

My boy @ryalex7 (aka Macho Man) talked me into going full Hulk Hogan for the night 💪, but by the end, I ended up morphing into Axl Rose 😆.

Met some solid people, squared up with Michael Myers, (I challenged him for THE HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE 🤼 ) and actually remembered what it feels like to have fun outside the gym.

Big shoutout to Ryan for getting me out for a night of good laughs and great energy.

Balance matters. Gotta work hard, and have fun sometimes too. 😉

I GOT PUNCHED IN THE THROAT. Not fun. He rocked my shit.

4:30am start today. Empty gym, space and opportunity. And we got after it.

Need to keep my hands up/ better defense, get better cardio, and focus more on combos/technique/reading, but I think I did good. (ROUND 2 was where it got GOOD)

This was the first one I actually liked going back over several times to review. I threw what I wanted to throw, blocked what I could, lasted the rounds and now i’m reaching conscious incompetence/competence.

This was a fun one. I’m comfortable moving in my body once again.

(Sound On 🔊)
Woke up at 4:30-5am, and started meal prep.

Taking advantage of that first part of the day.
Just jumping in.
Made a weeks worth of food in an hour.

Remember what I told you back in March:
3 different protein options, two different starches.

If you have options, meal prep doesn’t get stale. Cook proteins in advance,
then portion out your starches.

after that, whenever it’s meal time, just weigh and eat, weigh and eat.

Keep it simple.
You don’t need complex meals in order to get fed.
All of your work should be brain dead, which is to say,
you shouldn’t be having to think about it.

Also I never realized just how huge i am in my own house before… I look massive standing in my kitchen. sheesh…

Feeling better after the other day in the ER.

Back at it with another sparring session on the books.

Felt good. Got some hits on Carl. Better defense, but tbh, could be a LOT better. Bad habit of keeping my hands low and trying to catch kicks.

I can do all the padwork in the world, but Live Action is different.

I need to get better about that.

Better energy conservation tho. And more endurance, so that’s nice.

Still have some flaws, but I’m reviewing and improving.

Can hardly wait to learn from this and then try again next week.

Shadowboxing in my stories.

Closer to the end of my session… Breathing was tough, especially because I woke up feeling like I had an elephant sitting on my chest.

I still went at it tho. (I’m currently writing this caption while getting a check-up at the hospital)

So if I end up kicking the bucket, at least you know that I ATE.

From dad bod to D1 athlete.
From depleted to dominant.

Kyle was already the man: husband, father, rockstar, engineer.
But his body hadn’t caught up to his life.

We fixed that.
Phase one: rebuild.
Phase two: cut.

The result? Strength. Confidence. Pride.
And now? He’s still evolving.

He made it happen.
Your story could be next.
