⚔️LOS GLADIADORES⚔️

@anth0nyavila and I tried to take each other’s heads off for 6 minutes. As law enforcement officers and DT instructors, this kind of competition is a reflection of the standards we hold ourselves to and the credibility we bring to those we train. After the final bell, it was nothing but mutual respect. Thank you for the opportunity to test myself. Looking forward to sharing the mats again.

Had a late change on the Battle of the Badge card. Thank you to these absolute warriors to step up and put on a show! Don’t forget to get your tickets before they are gone!

Such a great trip! I’ve been meaning to make it to Cali to hang out with @classicfightteam for a while but our schedules just weren’t working out. I figured while I’m out there this time I should just make the trip and see my aunty Kim in Sacramento while I’m at it. @matthew.jwillse and I spent the first have in Fountain Valley with Tyler at Classic Fight Team. Had the pleasure of meeting @diego_paez and @blakedecourcymma as well as many high level people. Trained 3 times a day while fitting in the beach and so many restaurants. @zackandres_ fit in a family beach day! I even met @longbeach_griffy at the roller rink. For the second half we rented a car and drove 6 hours north to visit family I have seen in over ten years, and some family I’ve never met. Matt and I visited the Golden Gate Bridge, and then visited family. I haven’t seen Kim in well over ten years so it was great to catch up and meet her family. I also finally got to meet my cousin @urijahfaber. He was so kind and allowed us to train at his awesome gym @ufultimatefitness @teamalphamalemma where we meet so many wonderful, high level, ass kicking (insert a million more compliments) people. Shout out @corymckenna99 and @anth0nyavila for helping out and being rad as hell. After training and some more rollerskating/ restaurants, I was able to meet my cousin @awesomeisshelby who I have never met. Her and her husband took me to a baseball game. This trip was the get away I needed and was an awesome time. Thank you to everyone for showing is a great time, and getting matthew ready for bis next fight in august! Here are some photos and videos in no particular order. See you again soon California.

Family walks. Banana bread. Pleasant interactions & small talk with upper-middle class white people. Nice weather. My vision. My wife’s juicy booty. Other various juicy booties within eyesight, respectfully. Clean air. Clean water. My son’s health. Healthy snacks, tasty treats, miscellaneous morsels. Friends who are good at making tattoos. Lavender oat milk lattes. These are some things I’m grateful for today.

Happy Father’s Day to the dads of TAM — and to every father out there showing up with strength, heart, and purpose. 💪⁣❤️ #HappyFathersDay #TAMfam #DadsGang

It will never be the same again, but it might be better. Some of the people in these pictures aren’t alive anymore, some are almost unrecognizable from who they were. For most of us tribalism was about survival. So we built a tribe. Of all the things I love in this life- a real & true friendship is at the top of the list. I’m grateful to have experienced so much of it. O&U forever.

Bucko appreciation the @buckopmo - almost 16 yrs of the lil buckaroo turning into Big Bucko. My son saved my life by making me turn my life from negativity and poor decisions that led me in and out of jail…more times than I can count. My main goal was to make sure we didn’t have a relationship like me and my father. Also making sure to make good decisions to be able to give him a better quality of life than I grew up with. He’s already doing much better than I was at his age which is a huge win for me. Crazy to watch this kid grow into a young man.
