Had the privilege of volunteering with the @salvationarmyabbotsford last week at @shopsevenoaks , helping collect donations for families in our community. During the holidays, the Salvation Army supports people with warm meals, emergency food hampers, winter clothing, shelter services, and programs that bring hope to those who need it most. ❤️ If you’re in the area, stop by and drop in whatever you can—even a little goes a long way. And yes, we’ve even got tap! 🙌 Let’s spread kindness, generosity, and warmth this season. Together, we can make someone’s Christmas a little brighter. 🎄✨ . . . #salvationarmy #hope #christmas #sevenoakmall #abbotsfordsalvationarmy #give

O.G Track Workout Crew Fitness + Personal Development is a Life Skill Anytime I feel stuck I go back to 2019 . . . 🏃‍♂️ We would workout at the track together every morning 📚 Read as many great books as we could get our hands on 💭 Dream big. Then set goals and work towards ‘em ☕️ Drink too much coffee (aka the right amount) Makes me wonder why I ever stop doing some of those things But just as simple as they are to do - they’re simple not to do, too ! That’s why in 2025 I committed to making certain habits a part of my lifestyle Not for a summer. Not for a challenge. For L I F E Stay focused 🧘‍♂️

♦️ O.G TRACK or D I E Before our crew trained in the gym We did all our workouts outside In 2019 - the Epic Year We took our 💎 Reading 💎 Goal Setting 💎 Personal Development As serious as our workouts By training together as a group we had an extra layer of accountability & confidence That led to breakthroughs we never thought possible Not just our fitness, but every aspect of life A lot of the young men in this program - myself included 🙏 Credit our program that summer for setting us up for future success It’s not much different than what I teach now Only difference is WHO has the drive & determination To GO ALL OUT !! ♦️A lot of ppl will do the workout - but not the reading ♦️Or they’ll read - but not do the action steps ♦️ They might lift - but are scared to run the hills (or vice versa) Do All Of It‼️ Then continue to keep it up Find out what’s possible when you take your mindset as serious as your fitness

This Inspired Me ! . . . What Noah said to me that day - with his eyes BEAMING 👀 “I want to do what you’re doing” 💎 Not just FITNESS - everything ! ! 🔥 That led to the most impactful program I’ve been a part of because . . . We didn’t just WORKOUT 👎 We tapped into these deeper topics - like the 60,000 thoughts / day 📚 We started meeting up to read these BOOKS focused on GROWTH & Personal Development We took that time to READ, REFLECT, put goals in writing, & MASTERMIND with the group ✍️ 😳 It SHIFTED our whole WORLD VIEW at the time Not to mention - every morning ! ☀️ Various forms of calisthenics & intervals got us in the best shape physically & mentally before starting the day 💪 Not only that but - connecting with your TEAM first thing in the day ?? It’s a different ENERGY ! Thinking back, 🤔 I feel like I was lucky to be a part of it ! 👉 I was a young man on my own, just like most of the men in the group 👉 Finally finished Kinesiology, running my coaching business, training to compete as an athlete, Aka: Stressed ! Anxious ! 💎 I needed that program as much as they did I look at this pic everyday because it reminds me to STAY FOCUSED on the BASICS ♦️ Early Mornings ♦️ Hype The Team Up ♦️ Read ♦️ Exercise ♦️ Eat Right ♦️ Focus On Goals ♦️ Check-In With Your TEAM Not EVERYONE has that same mindset to want to relentlessly pursue growth in every area And for years I’ve had a lot of people come to me to work on - just their fitness 🤷‍♂️ But THIS YEAR I’ve noticed a SHIFT More of this MINDSET & Personal Development is getting the attention it deserves 👊 We’ll keep ramming our head into the wall until we learn to remove the wall - that’s WHY ⬇️ Internal work should be recognized as an integral part of everyone’s training - that’s what makes the DIFFERENCE Think about it, 📆 This pic was from back in 2019 ! Those moments changed the course of my LIFE So much that it still inspires me today. That’s why I’m saying this: 2025 will be the best year yet for anyone who truly makes the INTERNAL WORK a priority alongside physical exercise True Change Starts From Within !! CHAMPION !! 🏆
