Summer Bucket List✅

With baseball season in full swing, take a minute to check out LTU Baseball putting some great work in this past offseason. This group of dudes not only works hard, but has a blast while doing it. One of the most fun teams I’ve been able to work with. A huge focus for this year was:

✅ Increase baseline level of strength
✅ Improve peak propulsive force and power
✅ Move explosive leading up to the season
✅ Understand role of arm care in-season

Excited to watch the boys this spring and see all their hard work come into the light. Until next year🤘

Tough season ending loss to Alma today. 35-34. Both teams brought it and boy was it an exciting game. Loved watching our guy (#34 today) encourage his teammates, while he still recovers. Sweet to see his girl, who hasn’t missed a game this season, support him like she does. So fun to run into SHS alumni, a SHS teacher, and Higgins Lake friends. Big respect all around 💗
