We couldn’t be more excited about this group and what’s ahead! As coaches, we’re committed to pushing these girls to compete, work hard, grow their game, and become the best athletes they can be.
Part of our culture is to also help develop **confident, resilient, accountable young women** who are great teammates, leaders, and believe in themselves!
So ready for the 2026-2027 season!! 🔥

🥈 **14U RUNNERS-UP!** 🥎🔥

So proud of these girls and the way they competed all weekend! They battled against some tough second-year 14U teams, picked up some big wins, and stayed competitive from start to finish.

And a HUGE shoutout to our babies — our **2032s** — for stepping up and going head-to-head with **2029s** all weekend! 💪🔥 They never backed down and showed they belong out there.

Such a great way to kick things off. This group has so much ahead of them, and we’re just getting started!

**Excited for this season!! 🩵🖤🐢🥎**

Spent an amazing week in St. George, Utah with our Rancho softball family as our girls competed in the AFA National Championship tournament from June 7th through 13th. I was coaching all week so didn’t get too many photos but wanted to share a few as it was such an amazing week spent with friends and family. Our Rancho girls went 6-3-1 on the week finishing 8th overall out of 60 teams, ultimately losing in the silver bracket semifinal to finish 3rd in our bracket out of 24 teams. We represented the great state of Arizona very well as the 2nd highest ranked team out of 19 Arizona teams in attendance. I am so proud of these girls and how much they have grown over the past year and how hard they compete and support one another. It was truly a week that we will never forget! #LFG #LookSharpPlaySharp ❤️💪 🥎 #LFG #LookSharpPlaySharp

Wishing the happiest 13th birthday to our Marlee! We love you, and our team wouldn’t be the same without your wild, crazy, and contagious energy. Thank you for always keeping us laughing and bringing so much fun to every practice and game.

We hope your day is as amazing as you are. Have the best birthday, Marlee! 🎂🎈💙

**Marlee Davis**
**Offensive Player of the Week**

Marlee led the team this week in **AVG, OBP, and OPS**, setting the tone from the leadoff spot every game. A fearless competitor, she does whatever it takes to get on base and create opportunities for her team. Whether it’s driving the ball to the opposite field, pulling a hard hit into a gap, or dropping a perfectly placed drag bunt for a single, Marlee finds a way to get the job done. Her versatility, softball IQ, and relentless approach make her the spark that fuels our offense. Congratulations, Marlee, on an outstanding week at the plate! 🥎🔥

Who are you when the pressure hits?
Who are you when adversity smacks you around?
Are you able to organize, mobilize and shift momentum back in your favor?
@leon.quan and @anthonydavis0824 want to make sure that their crews move through the obstacle, not be defined by it…they are people focused leaders looking to develop their teams to meet the demands of the market.
Humbled that @lifttleadership has the privilege of helping their team connect with what is possible.
