I’ve played competitive soccer since I was five years old. Being part of a team is ingrained in my DNA.

As a Marine Corps officer, everything my section accomplished was a team effort. When we succeeded, it was because everyone contributed. When we fell short, it was never just one person’s fault.

Social media can make it hard to celebrate other people when your feed constantly reminds you of what you don’t have. I know I’ve felt that way, too. It’s easy to fall into the comparison trap when you’re constantly watching other people win.

But something I’ve learned is that the most humble, successful people genuinely want to see others succeed. They celebrate someone else’s wins without seeing them as a threat to their own. They lift people up, give credit where it’s due, and understand that someone else’s success doesn’t diminish their own.

Be just as happy for someone else’s success as you would be for your own. Celebrate their wins. Make room for other people to shine. Pick people up along the way.

Your ability to celebrate someone else’s success says far more about your character than your ability to compete with it. ✨#yogajoint #success #leadership

THE POWER OF DOING IT NOW #Carpe Diem

How many times do we wait for the perfect moment, the perfect plan, or the perfect conditions?

But life doesn’t wait for perfect. And neither should we. That’s what #mambamentality is all about

Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is simply start. Make the call. Take the risk. Have the conversation. Chase the #dream. Book that trip. Wake up early. Take that first step, even when we don’t have all the answers.

Because the right moment might not be tomorrow. It might be now. Live with intention. Take action. And don’t let the fear of imperfection stop you from experiencing what could be extraordinary.

Life is happening now. Make it count. ✨
