The highlight of 2024 is definitely meeting his Holiness Pope Francis. As he listened to us share the story of our loved ones and how tragically they passed, I felt a deep wave of emotion. The pain of their loss and the injustice that surrounded it hit me hard. It was as if the weight of it all was too much to bear. But in that moment, his words of sympathy and support brought some comfort. He didn’t just express condolences, they promised to stand by us, offering their support in everything we do. And this is just a small thing that we can do to honor our Heros.

As for my family, friends, friends who became family and everyone I crossed paths with not only this year - not only in these pictures, each and everyone made a difference and brought something special no matter how small it was. Forever grateful for you.
