Jace, you have truly left your mark. You reset the goals that others will now strive to reach as the school record holder in both the long jump and triple jump. While you started track later in high school, you still made an undeniable impact. There were ups and downs along the way, but what you achieved can never be denied.

Take the challenges you’ve overcome and the lessons you’ve learned into this next chapter of your athletic career and life. Strive to be a leader and a competitor who never backs down. You’ve helped set the tone for what this jumps squad stands for, and your legacy will continue to inspire those who come after you.

I’m rooting for you in this next chapter, and I know you’re going to do great things. Go into Monroe and show them exactly who you are. Proud of you, kid.
