Blessed to give these athletes the coaching I needed when I was in their shoes.

Huge shoutout to @coachplez for helping me unlock the best version of Coach Choy. The grind doesn’t stop, but the growth is real.

To every athlete who walks through those doors—thank you. The energy and community at this gym are unmatched, and we’re just getting started.
Let’s keep this momentum rolling all fall!

I get it .. the repetitive lines and exercises make it easy but why not challenge athletes? Get them engaged early! Gamify a warmup and watch the magic happen!

Jumpstart their mindset w/ some competition or simple game. Build some strength, tolerance, proprioception, or reaction skills. Stop being basic is all I’m saying there’s so many ways to do this.

Thank you club lacrosse, for all you’ve done for me. I’ll forever be grateful for the relationships I’ve built, the memories I’ll always cherish, and everything this journey has given me. Here’s to the next chapter. ❤️
