Watching young people grow in confidence and believe in themselves is one of the greatest rewards of what I do.

A huge congratulations to this incredible young model @lekan_timothy_ on winning Top Model Academy Luxembourg @topmodelacademylux . Seeing his passion, dedication and excitement reminds me exactly why I became a coach.

Receiving his video message, hearing how much he enjoyed the experience, and knowing he’ll be joining my Annual Membership when he returns from New York makes me incredibly proud. This is just the beginning of his journey.

Success doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up, staying disciplined, being willing to learn and having the courage to keep growing.

I can’t wait to continue mentoring him, helping him refine his runway skills, build his confidence and prepare for the opportunities ahead.

Your journey is your own. Keep learning, stay humble and never stop believing in yourself.

Walk with purpose. Lead with presence. Always chase your dreams.

Runway confidence starts before you even take the first step.

It begins with posture.
It begins with breathing.

It begins with how you hold your shoulders, your face, your arms and your energy.

In my masterclass, I teach more than walking.

I teach presence, timing, control, elegance, confidence and the mindset needed to carry yourself with authority.

These are skills that support you not only on the runway, but in life, business, interviews, pageants, acting, public speaking and personal confidence.

This is why I do what I do.

Watching someone arrive unsure, nervous or inexperienced, and then leave with stronger posture, confidence and self-belief is the most rewarding part of my work.

Agnes Wade Exclusive Runway Masterclass is more than a runway session. It is a confidence-building experience.

Every person is guided individually through posture, walk, timing, turns, presence, facial expression, confidence, mindset and model etiquette.

The transformation is not only in the walk.
It is in how they carry themselves afterwards.

Honoured to have been invited to join the jury at the Top Model Academy Luxembourg Gala Evening.

It was a special night celebrating the work, commitment and progress of so many students who stepped onto the runway with confidence, presence and courage.

For me, runway is never only about the walk. It is about expression, posture, discipline and the confidence to take your place and be seen.

It was also lovely to see Tatsiana and Lekan, who attended my Luxembourg masterclass, there to support the evening and continue being part of this inspiring fashion community.

Congratulations to every student who took part. Keep learning, keep growing and keep believing in yourself.

Chase your dreams. Always.

This is the kind of transformation that makes my work so meaningful.

At only 15 years old, he came with an open heart, a willingness to learn, and the courage to step outside his comfort zone. In such a short space of time, his confidence grew, his posture improved, and his presence became stronger with every step.

The Agnes Wade Exclusive Runway Masterclass is never just about the walk. It is about learning how to carry yourself, how to believe in yourself, and how to understand the power of your own presence.

Every coach, mentor, and training experience is different. Everyone has their own techniques, their own guidance, and their own way of teaching. For me, there is no competition. My focus is to work with each model as they are, to understand what they have, and to help them grow from that place with confidence, elegance, and purpose.

Hearing how much he appreciated the experience and seeing him encourage others to pursue their own journey truly touched me. This is exactly why I created this masterclass, to guide, empower, and help every model discover what is already within them.

My next Agnes Wade Exclusive Runway Masterclass will take place in London on September 6th.

To every young model, beginner, parent, or dreamer watching this, your journey can start with one brave step.
